Illuminating the Light Within
Tracy Hepburn embodies the very essence of "shining where you are." She lives in Titusville, Florida, with her husband Bill and is deeply rooted in her faith at Calvary Chapel. Tracy's journey is a testament to the power of divine light overcoming life's challenges.
In 1994, Tracy was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), a degenerative eye disease that gradually diminishes vision. She discovered that physical sight is just one way of seeing.
While the diagnosis was life-altering, she chose not to let it define her. Instead, it became the turning point that deepened her faith and sharpened her spiritual insight.
Today, though her physical vision is limited, Tracy sees people’s hearts, gifts, and God-given potential with extraordinary clarity.
Tracy is tough, tenacious, and tenderhearted. She radiates compassion, and her rare ability to extend unconditional love creates an immediate sense of belonging.
Many say that simply being in her presence makes them feel seen, valued, and accepted. It’s not just what she does—it’s who she is.

Tracy is a certified Dream Coach and inspiring speaker who draws deeply from the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit for wisdom, clarity, and purpose in all that she offers.
Tracy also brings her background in the performing arts to her work, blending creativity with message-driven impact. Whether leading women’s retreats, mentoring teens, or speaking on stage, she uses her storytelling gifts to spark meaningful transformation.
